He has directed various civil society organizations on transparency and citizen participation. International consultant on State modernization, open government and innovation, and speaker of the Ibero-American Charter of Open Government of CLAD in 2016.

Her areas of specialization are political and governmental institutions, federalism and subnational politics, political parties, representation of women, and electoral systems. She participated in the design of the gender parity electoral system implemented for the Constitutional Convention elections in 2021.

Sociologist with a master's degree in Social Sciences and specialization in Public Opinion. With more than 15 years of experience in international cooperation, she is currently General Director of Imaginarius, an organization dedicated to building capacities in organizations and leadership. She has held various positions that have allowed her to acquire deep knowledge of the region. In this process, she developed four multi-actor funds to strengthen groups and processes seeking to improve civic technology, data management, digital rights, and participation. She has brought the Latin American perspective to international discussions with organizations such as the United Nations, OAS, and EU.

He has dedicated more than 19 years to understanding and improving the relationship between citizens and government; from academia, on citizen participation and governance; from government, in the design and implementation of participatory public policies; and from civil society, on community organization and articulation for advocacy.
